Katie Hankinson - Senior Vice President, The Sasha Group

Originally from the UK, Katie Hankinson’s background is in direct and digital marketing at some of the largest and most successful agency networks (WPP and Omnicom) and independents (VaynerMedia) in London and New York across a diverse spread of global Fortune 500 clients from VW, to GE to SAP.

Her passion for truly contemporary marketing brought her to VaynerMedia in 2015, where she led key accounts, most recently leading the JP Morgan Chase business and in 2018 shifting to focusing on the voice-first space, leading the Voice AOR relationship for JP Morgan Chase across education, voice strategy and execution.

Katie’s expertise spans business and brand strategy, integrated marketing, creative and content strategy and emerging tech.

With the launch of the Sasha Group Katie brings her extensive experience to small business as part of the leadership team. Day to day, you are as likely to find her in a voice-first education masterclass or deep in a mentors whiteboard session, as riding her bike around town in search of the best soup dumplings.

Ben Benrubi - Director of Partnerships, The Sasha Group

Ben leads international business development and educational programming for The Sasha Group. Based in London, he additionally works with the VaynerMedia team specializing in platform partnerships, creative strategy and emerging media consulting. Before joining the Partnerships team, Ben was an account strategist at VaynerMedia servicing the General Electric (GE) account.

Prior to working at VaynerMedia, Ben developed and launched the social media presence for Bodega Catena Zapata, a leading global winery in Mendoza, Argentina. Ben graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Broadcast Production & Media Communications.

Sacha's team helps businesses of all size automate the complexities of global tax compliance. His background is in business development and ecommerce spanning 20 years and covers blue-chips such as Amazon and Arcelor-Mittal as well as several dotcom start-ups. During 11 years at Amazon he launched and grew programmes including Amazon’s Marketplace, Fulfilment by Amazon, Amazon Pay and Product Ads.

Simon Schnieders - CEO Blue Array

Simon has an exemplary record of developing & executing SEO strategy for major brands including Zoopla, Mail Online and Yell.com. Today he is CEO and founder of Blue Array, the UK’s largest pure-play SEO agency with clients such as The Post Office, Simply Business, Moonpig and many more.
